Serenity Living Residences supports medically stable individuals who no longer require hospital-level care but aren't yet ready — or able — to return home safely.

Criteria

We Support Individuals Who:

  • Are ready for hospital discharge

  • Do not require hospital-level medical care

  • Need temporary recovery support

  • May not have a safe environment immediately available

  • Would benefit from structured post-discharge assistance
